In theory it’s very easy – and in reality, too. You just have to WANT it. If you don’t WANT to make an Impression, if you don’t WANT to consciously INFLUENCE your partners, you will hardly be able to do it.
So the first question is always:
What do you want to get out of that specific Meeting and How do you want your relationship (because it is one) with these people look like?
